Qualifications

Required Education/Knowledge:

• High School Diploma required.
• Equivalent of Associates to Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent experience a plus.
• One to three years of experience in branch banking, retail sales or general customer service.

• Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customer and employees.
