Job summary

You will support a cohesive omni-channel experience and assist with visual merchandising, pricing changes, and store cleanliness.

The role requires strong communication and excellent customer service skills, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; 16+ age minimum.

Qualifications

• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company technology.
• Ability to stand for the majority of the shift and work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, ensuring items are stored, ticketed and located for replenishment.
• Reconciles invoices and enters receiving documents; completes store-to-store transfers.
• Assists with visual directives, signage placement, and pricing changes.
• Models MAPS principles and supports omni-channel customer experience.
• Keeps stockroom organized and ensures boutique cleanliness.
