Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking a Support Associate to support a customer- and product-focused sales culture. This role handles merchandise processing, stockroom organization, and stock transfers while maintaining visual standards and price changes.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, customer service, and multitasking abilities, and are able to adapt to technology and a fast-paced environment. Part-time roles include benefits and required flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to company technology.
• Must be able to stand for majority of shift.
• Able to work quickly within strict timelines.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support visual merchandising techniques.
• Regular attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, ticketing and stockroom organization for replenishment.
• Ensures new products are merchandised in a timely manner.
• Enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices and manage store transfers.
• Process price changes and signage; manage stockroom materials.
• Assist with visual directives, floorsets and window changes as directed.
• Support MAPS customer service principles for cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Promote inclusive, collaborative problem solving and personal growth.
• Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.
