Job summary

Serv-U-Success is seeking a Store Representative for a part-time day shift (5:00 am – 1:00 pm). Starting at $16.00/hr, up to $18.00/hr based on experience, with weekday and weekend availability.

You will stock shelves, set displays, assist customers, and support store operations to keep every location customer-ready. Join a team that values quality, teamwork, and growth, with hands-on training and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Greet customers and provide outstanding service.
• Support store operations and collaborate with store managers and teammates to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time and report completed work.
