Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. in Oak Brook is seeking a part-time Support Associate to help sustain a merchandise- and customer-focused sales culture. You will handle stock, pricing, and merchandising while supporting an omni-channel experience for customers.

The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organization, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical work and standing are involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
• Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset.
• Regular attendance is essential to this position. Flexible schedule with nights, weekends, and holidays.
