Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a flexible retail team member to support front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll join a collaborative team that values excellence, humor and a customer‑first mindset.

You may act as greeter, runner, cashier, answer phones, and organize the stock room to support product flow and store policies. Open availability for nights, evenings, holidays and weekends is required; occasional overnight travel may be needed; ability to lift at least

Qualifications

One-to-two years of experience in a high volume, customer‑driven retail environment.
Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

Greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones, and understanding and executing operational policies and procedures.
Packing/unpacking shipments, organizing the stock room to support product flow and the smooth running of the store.
Support a team focused on delivering retail excellence and customer experiences.
