Job summary

Tory Burch LLC is seeking an energetic retail team member to greet customers, run errands, and operate the cash wrap. You will assist with phones, stock, and daily store operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment and a collaborative team mindset. Open availability for a flexible schedule including nights and weekends is essential; occasional overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier, and handle phones.
• Understand and execute store policies and procedures.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer experiences.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations as needed.
