Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a retail associate in the United States. You’ll greet customers, run errands, handle cashier duties, answer phones, and help implement store policies while packing/unpacking shipments and organizing the stock room to ensure smooth product flow.

Open availability for a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends; occasional overnight travel may be required; you must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high volume, customer‑driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, climb ladders and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their needs.
• Serve as cashier and handle daily transactions.
• Answer phones and communicate store policies to customers.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize stock room to support product flow.
• Support front and back of house operations for smooth store running.
