Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking team members for its fast-paced U.S. retail stores. The role supports front and back-of-house operations, including greeting customers, cashiering, answering phones, and executing policies to ensure smooth store operation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greeter, runner, cashier, and front-of-house support; handle phones and assist customers.
• Understand and implement store policies and procedures; manage packing/unpacking shipments and organize stock room to support product flow.
• Collaborate with team to deliver retail excellence and a welcoming shopping experience.
