Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Retail Supervisors to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores for the 2027 season in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. The role involves supervising and training retail team members and upholding retail standards, policies, and procedures.

This Spring/Summer 2027 position offers weekly pay, employee discounts, flexible schedules, and access to on-site Yellowstone care facilities, with opportunities for internal mobility within Delaware

Formación

• Minimum one-year supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Basic math skills: ability to accurately handle money and count change.
• Prior Netsuites experience preferred.

• Monitors store floor, and assists with guests' needs and requests.
• Maintaining merchandise tables properly
• Works with and answers to the Visual Merchandiser and the Store Manager and Asst. Manager.
• Regularly evaluates, creates, and maintains professional visual displays; provides direction to retail associates regarding store merchandising and displays.
• Ensures integrity of physical inventory and par levels.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards throughout the retail areas
• Responsibly for initiating conflict resolution strategies with guest and team members

The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Retail Supervisors to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores for the 2027 season in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.

This position is for the 2027 Spring/Summer season

Pay

$18.75 - $19.75 / hour

What will you do?
