Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Retail Lead at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. You will supervise a team of retail associates and ensure smooth store operations during the Spring/Summer season.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and trains retail associates; completes store/warehouse operational needs by assigning employees and following up on work results
• Verify that merchandise is properly stocked and attractively shown
• Ensure selling space is in clean and proper condition
• Uphold orderly back stock and liaison with vendors to maintain proper inventory
• Assists guests and team members, escalating concerns or questions to supervisor or manager as needed

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Retail Lead to join our team at the Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. As a Retail Lead, you will be responsible for supervising the performance of team members in your specific department. Pay

$18.25 - $18.75 / hour

What will you do?

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to de‑escalate guest and team member complaints or concerns and redirect to management
• Previous experience leading in a retail space is preferred
• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

• Long‑term standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds
