Job summary

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a seasonal Grocery Supervisor to join Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. You will assist management in daily operations and support a team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

This position is for the 2027 Spring/Summer season, offering weekly pay, employee discounts, flexible schedules, and housing/meal options in the park. Opportunities for growth and relocation to other Delaware North properties are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Retail inventory management and ordering experience preferred using Netsuite.
• Ability to communicate job procedures and give clear instructions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises grocery associates; assigns tasks and follows up on results.
• Trains associates and maintains retail standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manages inventory control, including receiving shipments and cycle counting.
• Opens and closes retail locations as directed by management.
• Maintains safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas and workspaces.
• Monitors store floor, assists guests, and ensures inventory integrity.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As a Grocery Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting management in carrying out daily operations and ensuring the success of the team. Pay

$19.25 - $19.75 / hour

What will you do?

• Supervises grocery associates; completes store/warehouse operational needs by assigning employees and following up on work results
• Trains associates and works to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedure
• Manage inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, and cycle counting
• Open and close retail locations as directed by management
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas
• Monitor store floor, assist with guest needs, and ensure integrity of physical inventory and par levels
• Other duties as assigned

More About You

• Retail inventory management and ordering experience preferred using online portals such as Netsuite

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting during the entire length of the shift
