Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead store teams, drive sales, and ensure excellent guest service. The role reports to the Assistant Retail Operations Manager and the Retail Operations Manager and requires a proactive leader who can coach staff, manage inventory, and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of POS operations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 10–35 lbs.
• Availability for varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff to exceed customer and client expectations.
• Oversee daily floor operations and inventory controls.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Handle guest complaints and refunds efficiently.
• Manage break schedules and hours per labor laws.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and performance metrics.
