Bath & Body Works in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth across Bath & Body Works.

Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team: they’re retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors, and thrive on the connections we make with our customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior manager experience, preferably in retail.
• Ability to coach associates and provide in-the-moment feedback.
• Availability for peak days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set performance expectations, goals and accountability.
• Lead as Manager on Duty as scheduled.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to drive results.
• Implement floorset direction to showcase product stories.
• Open and close routines, deposits and shipments.
• Set direction for the day/shift; provide feedback.
• Meet payroll targets with appropriate staffing.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences.
• Train, coach, motivate associates.
• Maintain safety and store appearance.
