Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support store leadership, coach associates, and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will help maximize profitability, uphold store standards, and promote an inclusive team culture in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of retail leadership, a HS diploma, and strong communication skills. This role is part-time with potential incentives and is based at our Reno location.

• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer‑centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss prevention practices.
