Vans, the original action sports brand, is looking for a Boston-based Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive best-in-class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

In partnership with the Store Manager, you will help maximize profitability, foster an inclusive culture, and mentor a fast-paced team in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment aligning with brand directives.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety and operational policies.
