Job summary

The North Face in Orlando is seeking a part-time Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and drive exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

In partnership with the Store Manager, you will help maximize store profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and mentor teammates in fast-paced retail.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Foundational skills include driving results, coaching diverse teams, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring timely product flow to the sales floor.
