Job summary

Perry Ellis International, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Key Holder to support store operations and sales management. The role ensures customer satisfaction, replenishment, and adherence to company directives across promotional changes.

The successful candidate will back up the Store Manager, supervise staff, and help deliver strong results through effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Customer service-oriented; outgoing, friendly, and personable with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds.
• High school degree.

Responsibilities

• Delivers excellent Customer Experience by prioritizing customers and maintaining visual, clean stores.
• Supports staffing levels based on business trends and payroll guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and store operations.
• Assists Store Manager with maintaining store appearance and cleanliness.
• Communicates effectively and supports training of sales associates.
• Monitors loss prevention and reports incidents to management.
• Supports merchandising, pricing strategies, and replenishment on the selling floor.
