Job summary

Fjällräven is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Bloomington, MN to lead the sales floor as a part-time keyholder. You’ll coach teammates, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support daily operations with a calm, service-minded approach.

Compensation is $18.50–$22.50 per hour, based on experience, with benefits including retirement match, paid time off, product discounts, and a commitment to sustainability. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
