Job summary

Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, MT is seeking a Retail Supervisor for the Winter season (Nov-April). You will assist in overseeing day-to-day Retail operations, ensuring exceptional Member and guest service, and coordinating VIP requests. Strong supervisory experience in retail and a focus on hospitality are essential.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with salary $22.00-$24.00 per hour and benefits including meals, transportation, and employee housing options.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising retail teams in a hospitality or resort setting.
• Strong guest service mindset and product knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Retail department operations and staff performance.
• Ensure outstanding Member and guest service and manage VIP needs.
• Coordinate product procurement and inventory for the Retail division.
• Train staff, enforce standards, and handle customer inquiries.
