Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience as a supervisor or team lead in retail.
• Proficiency in basic math and computer literacy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of observing, assessing, and coaching others.
• Flexible to work rotating schedule (mid-shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise departmental team members.
• Assist with recruiting, selection, training, and onboarding.
• Provide coaching and recognition to team members.
• Schedule staff according to labor needs.
• Manage inventory tracking and stock levels.
• Oversee cash register operations and ensure accurate transactions.
• Respond to customer/donor questions and concerns.
• Maintain merchandise standards and displays.
• Support promotions and store operations as needed.
