Job summary

Cote Family Companies in Nisswa, MN is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support all facets of the resort retail operation. You will train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences, organize merchandise, and help manage inventory and displays across multiple outlets on property.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel. Candidates should be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise retail staff to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Assists Retail Manager in product plan-o-gram, set-up, organization and distribution of merchandise at multiple outlets on property
• Creative ability to build displays with color, balance and charm on the sales floor
• Responsible for the physical count and accuracy of item / garment inventory reporting
• Assist in scheduling staff according to budget and needs of the retail operation
• Communicate effectively and often with all levels of employee and owners within the organization
• Cultivates strong relationships with others by responding and resolving matters promptly
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards for retail
• Other duties as may be assigned
