We’re looking for passionate people ready to collaborate, develop, and be leaders. As an hourly Entry-Level Manager in one of our store perishable foods departments, you'll join a dynamic retail environment with new opportunities every day to enhance your skills. You’ll gain a deep understanding of our values, business measures, standards, and operations. You will ensure knowledgeable and passionate team members educate customers and provide the freshest products. Management opportunities are available in various departments, including Produce, Floral, Deli, Bakery, Cheese, Meat, and Seafood. Work Environment
The physical demands include walking, standing for up to 4 hours, repetitive hand and arm movements, occasional heavy lifting (up to 50+ pounds), bending, reaching, and working in cold (33-55°F), wet conditions. Interaction with customers and coworkers occurs in a fast-paced setting. Equipment used includes box cutters, hand jacks, compactors, knives, and food processing tools. Experience in food service, grocery, or retail, inventory management, team coordination, and supervisory roles are preferred.
