Job summary

Whistle Workwear is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor in Lacey, WA. This role requires guiding daily store operations, helping customers, and leading a team to ensure excellent service and store presentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, and the ability to work nights/weekends. The position offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth within the Work World family.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Bi-lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with requests in store and over the phone.
• Open and close the store.
• Direct workflow on the sales floor.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner.
• Maintain store organization and cleanliness.
• Complete customer transactions at the cash register including taking payments and issuing receipts.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

What You’ll be Doing:
