Job summary

Whistle Workwear is part of the Work World family of brands and is hiring a Retail Team Member in Silverdale, WA. You will deliver friendly, professional service, help customers with product questions, manage transactions, and support merchandising efforts.

The role is part-time with a pay range shown and requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position provides opportunities to grow skills in sales, customer relations, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication, customer service, and basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented with a professional appearance.
• Sales experience and bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with helpful information about store products and services
• Assist customers with questions and requests both in person and over the phone
• Welcome and support customers with friendly and professional service
• Help maintain stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed
• Process sales transactions accurately, including payments and receipt distribution
• Label merchandise and ensure pricing is displayed correctly
• Support the team in achieving daily sales objectives
