Job summary

Work World in Roseville, CA is seeking a part-time Retail Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves supervising staff, opening/closing the store, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of retail experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work nights and weekends. We offer sick time and generous employee discounts. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
• Assist customers with requests in store and over the phone
• Open and close the store
• Direct workflow on the sales floor
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner
• Maintain store organization and cleanliness
• Complete customer transactions at the cash register including taking payments and issuing receipts
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

What You’ll be Doing:

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
• Assist customers with request in store and over the phone
