Job summary

Whistle Workwear in Lacey, WA is hiring a Retail Store Supervisor for a full-time schedule. You will lead daily store operations, assist customers in person and by phone, and ensure clean, organized sales floors while upholding company values.

The role requires 1–2 years retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends. A valid driver's license and basic math skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with requests in store and over the phone.
• Open and close the store.
• Direct workflow on the sales floor.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner.
• Maintain store organization and cleanliness.
• Complete customer transactions at the cash register including taking payments and issuing receipts.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
