Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate at Store 1621-Hill Country Galleria, Bee Cave, TX. As a brand ambassador, you will guide customers with personalized styling and keep the sales floor organized and inviting.

You will collaborate with the team to create memorable experiences and drive brand loyalty. You will listen to customers’ needs, share product knowledge and recommendations, and use available tools to provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
