LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate in Austin, TX to act as a brand ambassador and guide customers through their shopping journey. You will help keep the store organized and impress customers with personalized styling recommendations.

Responsibilities include connecting with customers, sharing product knowledge, driving loyalty, maintaining visual standards, and collaborating with teams to meet store goals. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
