Job summary

Altar’d State in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) to drive revenue through exceptional guest service and product knowledge. You will help maintain a clean, well-organized store and meet individual sales goals as part of the store team.

Reporting to Store Leadership, this role emphasizes relationship building, accurate register transactions, and adherence to loss-prevention practices while contributing to a positive guest experience and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Brand Representatives must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and squatting.
• Occasional climbing ladders and stairs may be required.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and delivering the Altar’d State service standard.
• Build relationships with guests and foster guest loyalty.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash with care.
• Maintain organized, clean, and presentable store environment.
• Support inventory and merchandising efforts as directed.
