Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) to drive revenue and deliver exceptional service. You will build relationships with guests, share product knowledge, and maintain a clean, well-kept store environment to support store goals and guest satisfaction.

You will regularly meet individual sales targets, assist with transactions, support inventory, and ensure merchandising reflects the Altar’d State brand with a welcoming, inclusive attitude.

Qualifications

• Brand Representatives must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, reach, kneel, squat, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service and build guest loyalty.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash with care.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment and merchandise displays.
• Support inventory readiness and loss prevention practices.
• Represent the Altar’d State brand with professional dress and grooming.
