Job summary

Altar’d State is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) in-store to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive revenue. You will build relationships, share product knowledge, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment while meeting daily sales goals.

Reporting to store leadership, you will assist in opening/closing procedures, handle registers accurately, locate merchandise quickly, and participate in inventory prep.

Qualifications

• Brand Representatives must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and build relationships with customers.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately at the register.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and store tasks as directed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented merchandising and store displays.
• Support loss prevention and report potential incidents to leadership.
