Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) in Durham, NC. You will deliver exceptional guest service, build relationships with guests, share product knowledge, and maintain a clean, well-organized store environment.

You will consistently meet individual sales goals to support store performance while upholding Altar’d State service standards, with opportunities for advancement in a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physically capable of standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting; ability to lift 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in opening/closing procedures and store tasks with a guest focus.
• Locate merchandise and keep shelves organized for customers.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately; handle cash and provide change.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices and protect store assets.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and participate in inventory preparation.
• Record time worked accurately and stay flexible to business needs.
