Job summary

TARGET is seeking a Style Consultant to greet guests, maintain a visually appealing floor, and support merchandising and sales initiatives. You will assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring products are well stocked, accurately priced, and easy to find.

Applicants should enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible with shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior knowledge of apparel and strong communication are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication and teamwork across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and clear signing.
• Use store tools to monitor sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in backroom.
• Set visual presentations and signage to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and backroom organization to meet guest demand.
• Support fitting rooms, Drive-Up and checkout duties as needed.
