Adairs Retail Group is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our casual retail team in Victoria. You will engage with customers, understand styling needs, and provide recommendations to create a memorable in-store experience.

You will contribute to store performance, assist with Visual Merchandising, stock management, and support the team to help everyone succeed. This role is ideal for someone who loves home styling and delivering WOW for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a customer focused environment (ideally retail)
• Passion for creating wow for each and every one of our customers
• Eye for detail; texture, colour, tone and love creating solutions for customers
• You’re a team player and are excited by contributing to the bigger goals

Responsibilities

• Creating a customer experience that is engaging, insightful and memorable
• Consulting with customers around their styling solutions and making recommendations that complement their home
