Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through excellent service and compelling in-store presentations.

You will work on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, ensuring products are correctly displayed, priced, and available. The role emphasizes guest experience, merchandising, and a collaborative team environment with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Interacting with guests to help with needs and questions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, active retail environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain guest-ready floor and assist with merchandising and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering a guest-ready floor and maintaining visual standards.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests accordingly.
• Sort and move merchandise between backroom and floor as needed.
• Maintain and merchandise displays to support guest experience and sales.
• Assist with backroom organization and replenishment to keep stock available.
