Job summary

Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Sandy, UT to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations and leadership of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote Miniso's loyalty program.
• Supervise visual merchandising, inventory, deliveries, and shrink reduction.
• Support recruitment, training, scheduling, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
