Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Tailor–Alterations to assist customers with personalized alterations at our Men's Wearhouse locations in Florida. You will mark, tailor, and press garments, ensuring the perfect fit while delivering exceptional service.

You will use your tailoring knowledge to meet customer requests, collaborate with the store team, and maintain a clean, organized tailor shop. Great fit, appearance, and customer satisfaction are the goals of this role.

Qualifications

• Formal tailoring training preferred.
• Experience as a tailor for menswear highly preferred.
• Good technical skill.
• Sound knowledge of various types of sewing equipment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team attitude and enthusiasm.
• Proficiency in all basic and advanced alterations of men's tailored clothing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the selling process by greeting and addressing special requests.
• Mark, alter, and press garments with expertise in alterations.
• Ensure proper fit of garments.
• Answer customer questions.
• Maintain open dialogue with management.
• Help other team members and keep the tailor shop clean and organized.
• Ensure customers are properly sized and offer wardrobe ensemble suggestions.
