Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Tailor—Alterations to join the Men\'s Wearhouse division. You will assist in the selling process, tailor garments, ensure proper fit, press, and answer customer questions while maintaining a clean and organized shop.

You will work with a team, provide alterations services, and contribute to a positive customer experience across multiple store locations and brands.

Qualifications

• Formal tailoring training preferred.
• Experience as a tailor for menswear highly preferred.
• Good technical skill and knowledge of sewing equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with requests and special alterations.
• Mark, alter, and press garments to ensure proper fit.
• Answer customer questions and maintain an organized, clean shop.
• Maintain open dialogue with management and assist teammates.
• Suggest wardrobe ensembles to customers.
