Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Team Leader.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of retail sales associates.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Assist Store Manager with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking and stock takes.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to target strategies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and health & safety rules.
• Manage opening and closing procedures.
• Support promotional activities and sales initiatives.
• Foster a positive team culture and Randburg staff collaboration.
