Placements24 is seeking a proactive Retail Assistant Manager to support the Randburg store under the Store Manager. You will help drive sales, maintain merchandising standards, and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will lead staff, foster a customer-focused environment, and work closely with the management team to deliver exceptional service and store performance. This role offers growth opportunities within a respected brand.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail management, ideally as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage store operations effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are met and customer issues are resolved promptly.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and process merchandise orders.
• Implement visual merchandising guidelines and ensure the store is well-presented and organized.
• Train and develop new and existing staff members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
