The role requires 1–2 years retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends. A valid driver's license and basic math skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication.

• Professional appearance and ability to climb a ladder.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and stand long periods.
• Bi-lingual a plus; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with requests in store and over the phone.
• Open and close the store.
• Direct workflow on the sales floor.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner.
• Maintain store organization and cleanliness.
• Complete customer transactions at the cash register including taking payments and issuing receipts.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
