Job summary

Whistle Workwear in Silverdale, WA is seeking a full-time Retail Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver excellent customer service. The role includes in-store supervision, greeting customers, and managing workflow on the sales floor.

You will need product knowledge, ability to handle transactions, restock shelves, and maintain a clean store. 1–2 years of retail experience, ability to lift 25 pounds, and willingness to work nights and weekends are required; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with requests in store and over the phone.
• Open and close the store.
• Direct workflow on the sales floor.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner.
• Maintain store organization and cleanliness.
• Complete transactions at the cash register including taking payments and issuing receipts.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
