Job summary

Work World in Silverdale, WA is hiring a Retail Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and service excellence. This full-time role focuses on directing staff, opening/closing, and delivering outstanding customer experiences on the sales floor.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, assist customers by phone and in-store, manage inventory, and ensure a tidy, efficient store. Prior retail leadership and strong communication are a plus. Wage range is $18-$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail customer service experience preferred
• Willing to work nights and weekends
• Excellent Customer Service
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills
• High attention to detail
• Demonstrated sales skills and experience
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Must be able to climb a ladder
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Bi-Lingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
• Assist customers with request in store and over the phone
• Open and close the store
• Direct workflow on the sales floor
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner
• Always maintain store organization and cleanliness
• Complete customers transactions at the cash register including taking payments, and issuing receipts
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
