Vans is seeking a Supervisor in Capitola, CA to lead daily store operations, coach team members, and drive sales through authentic customer engagement. You will supervise opening/closing, manage inventory flow, and maintain brand merchandising while upholding safety and VF policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High school diploma preferred; hands-on experience valued.
• Strong verbal and written communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and engagement goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations: organize inventory and shipments.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product replenishment.
• Ensure inventory integrity via shipping, receiving, and loss prevention.
• Promote community engagement through local initiatives and events.
• Uphold policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Foster a positive, inclusive store environment encouraging collaboration.
