Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and interpret directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Train and develop Store Associates; supervise under Store Manager.
