Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will help manage day-to-day activities, assist customers, and ensure store standards are met. The role requires strong communication, physical stamina, and leadership ability to train and develop store associates while maintaining a safe, welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize, stock, and transfer merchandise from delivery to sales floor and seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, record-keeping, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain neat stockroom and sales floor according to standards.
• Protect assets, including store cash, and follow safety policies.
• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
