Job summary

Responsibilities include coaching direct reports, onboarding, and deploying store-wide initiatives. Requires 3–5 years of retail management and a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Manages the candidate experience and onboarding processes with the Central Team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Manager to drive Store Scorecard results focusing on hiring, retention, operations, and shopping environment.
• Lead the training and deployment of store-wide process initiatives and annual training.
• Oversee hours utilization, payroll and non-payroll expenses, cash office, and inventory.
• Develop action plans to drive store profitability and balance staffing to meet demand.
• Ensure the store shopping environment and cleanliness, and address safety concerns with Facilities.
