Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the direct leader with supervising day-to-day store activities.
• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Manage staff schedules and training opportunities to develop the team.
• Communicate store performance, milestones, and concerns to leadership.
• Maintain inventory procedures, cash controls, and product signage.
• Participate in interviewing for store personnel and onboarding.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies.
