Qualifications

• At least 5 years of store/business management experience.
• Evidence of participating in changes to operational processes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
• May require firearms sales; candidate must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations to meet or exceed sales, customer service, cost, and safety objectives.
• Provide leadership and coaching to store team members on operational duties.
• Oversee fiscal revenue, expenses, and profit goals for the store.
• Plan and organize staff, inventory, and expenses for short- and long-term success.
• Attend manager meetings with Buyers and department heads.
• Work with Regional Manager to communicate ideas and plans for store operations.
• Participate in hiring and discipline activities and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure policies and procedures are communicated and followed; maintain an open-door policy.
